Welcome to the Strawberry Place Surgery

Strawberry Place Surgery is a purpose built Practice benefiting from 11 consulting rooms, 2 treatment rooms and a minor surgery room. 

We now offer full disabled access with a hearing loop in reception, audible and visual calling system and signage in Braille on all consulting doors. 

Enhancements have been made to our telephone system and we have also introduced a self booking in system for patients who have made an appointment in advance of their visit.  

An LCD screen in reception displays practice information, health promotion posters and other useful information.

Confidentiality

If you wish to speak to the receptionists in confidence, there is a quiet area available away from the main reception. Please ask. Your personal details will be kept confidential by the doctors and staff members at all times.

It may be necessary to share this information with other members of the healthcare team in order to ensure you receive satisfactory care. Unless you object this may include hospital based medical, administrative and other staff.

The practice is registered with the Data Protection Agency and your computer records are dealt with in accordance with their guidelines.

Parking

Parking is provided at the rear and front of the surgery with 2 disabled parking spaces to the front.  Free parking is also available at Treharne Road, by Morriston Library, from where the surgery can be accessed by the lane at the bottom of Rock Terrace.
